Recruiting | Hokies Miss Out on 2009 Prospect
C.J. Harris, a combo guard from Winston-Salem, NC, has decided to stay home and play his college ball at wake forest beginning with the 2009-10 season. The Hokies were considered a major player for Harris, but were unable to land the 2009 prospect.
Scout.com rated C.J. as a 4-star recruit while Rivals.com had him as a 3-star.
The Hokies still have two guards on-board as part of the 2009 Recruiting Class with Erick Green and Ben Boggs. Manny Atkins joined the class last week, and will likely be a wing player at small forward for Tech.
